To obtain final expense insurance quotes or policies through Final Expense Affordable Plans, you must provide accurate information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your health, and your insurance needs
• Keep your account information updated at all times, especially contact and beneficiary information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including premium payments and policy changes
• Provide truthful responses to all health and lifestyle questions during the application process

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt Final Expense Affordable Plans services or compromise their security. Prohibited activities specific to insurance services include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information on insurance applications
• Attempting to obtain insurance coverage through fraud or misrepresentation
• Submitting fraudulent claims or documentation
• Hacking, cracking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our insurance systems or client data
• Engaging in any illegal or unauthorized use of our insurance services
• Using automated systems or bots to submit multiple applications or quote requests
• Harassing, intimidating, or harming other users, insurance agents, or our employees
• Violating any insurance laws or regulations applicable to final expense insurance

Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property rights on Final Expense Affordable Plans, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images related to final expense insurance
• Insurance applications, forms, policy documents, and underwriting guidelines
• Software, code, and applications for insurance quoting and processing
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names including "Final Expense Affordable Plans"
• Website design, layout, and structure for insurance services
• Documentation, manuals, guides, and educational materials about final expense planning

are owned by or licensed to Final Expense Affordable Plans. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from Final Expense Affordable Plans without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use related to obtaining insurance services.

Insurance Information & Materials

By submitting any insurance-related information or materials to Final Expense Affordable Plans, you grant us the rights necessary to:

• Process your insurance application and underwriting with our partner insurance carriers
• Use your information to obtain insurance quotes and policy issuance
• Maintain records as required by insurance laws and regulations
• Communicate with insurance carriers, underwriters, and regulatory authorities as needed
• Provide ongoing policy administration and customer service

You represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide all information submitted and that it is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

• Assistance with insurance applications and underwriting
• Policy placement with licensed insurance companies
• Ongoing policy administration and customer service
• Claims assistance and support
• Educational resources about final expense planning

We act as an insurance agency, not as an insurance carrier. All insurance policies are issued by licensed insurance companies, not by Final Expense Affordable Plans.

Limitations & Disclosures

Important limitations and disclosures regarding our services:

• Insurance coverage is subject to underwriting approval by the insurance carrier
• Premium rates and coverage amounts are determined by insurance carriers based on your application information
• Not all applicants will qualify for coverage or preferred rates
• Policy terms, conditions, and exclusions are determined by the insurance carrier
• We are not responsible for insurance carrier decisions regarding applications, claims, or policy changes
• Insurance regulations vary by state and may affect available coverage options
• We may receive commissions from insurance carriers for placed policies

Privacy Policy

No Warranty

Final Expense Affordable Plans services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will result in insurance coverage or specific premium rates
• Insurance carriers will approve all applications or provide requested coverage amounts
• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Our services will be free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any insurance products, services, or information obtained through our services will meet your expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Exclusion of Damages

In no event shall Final Expense Affordable Plans, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
• Personal injury or property damage
• Insurance claims denials or delays by insurance carriers
• Changes in insurance premium rates or coverage terms by insurance carriers
• Decisions by insurance carriers regarding underwriting, claims, or policy administration

arising out of or in connection with your use of our insurance services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Final Expense Affordable Plans, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any:

• Claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including attorneys' fees)
• Third-party claims arising from your use of our insurance services
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Violation of any applicable insurance laws or regulations
• False, misleading, or incomplete information provided on insurance applications
• Fraudulent insurance applications or claims

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with Final Expense Affordable Plans and your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except to the extent governed by federal law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of Final Expense Affordable Plans shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Modification
